Menene ainihin ma'anar VFD?

Duniyar sarrafa motar na iya zama da rudani tabbas.Tare da musanyawar kalmomi, ainihin ma'anar VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) wani lokaci ana iya ruɗewa da kalmar INVERTER.Don ƙarin fahimtar dalilin da yasa siyan VFD na iya zama ko a'a shine mafita mafi kyau a gare ku muna so mu fara tare da taƙaice da sauƙin fahimtar ma'anar ainihin VFD.

VFD duka na'urar sarrafa mitar lantarki ce da lantarki tare da manufar da aka yi niyya ta:
● Ɗaukar wutar AC a gefen wadata
● Juya wannan ƙarfin zuwa wutar lantarki na DC
● Adana wutar lantarki a cikin VFD
● Yin amfani da fasaha na cikin gida na fasaha mai saurin canzawa mai saurin gaske mai suna IGBT'S wanda zai haifar da nau'in 'sine wave-like' wanda za'a iya sarrafa shi ta hanyar "canza mitar 60 HZ ta al'ada" zuwa wata madaidaicin darajar, ta haka ne zai canza saurin inductive lokaci 3 ko wani lokacin PM type motor.

Duk da haka, wannan shine dalilin da ya sa ba za a iya amfani da VFD a matsayin "JAMA'A POWER SUPPLY" don sarrafa na'ura ba, musamman na'urar SAURAN MOTOR.Duk wani kuskuren wannan dalili na iya haifar da kayan aiki da gazawar VFD.

Wadanne aikace-aikace ne ba za a iya amfani da VFD a kansu ba?
● Nauyi masu juriya (Welders, Ovens, Heaters, da dai sauransu)
● Motoci na zamani 1 na gargajiya tare da iyakoki
● Kayan aiki tare da babban kwamiti mai kulawa da (rarrabuwa na ciki) ƙoƙarin yin amfani da VFD azaman wutar lantarki.
Aiwatar da VFD zuwa na'ura mai sauyawa kai tsaye da aka haɗa da mota (VFD yana buƙatar haɗa kai tsaye da motar) Buɗe kewaye yana haifar da wuta misali.
A takaice, yakamata mutum yayi amfani da RPC don sarrafa injin gabaɗaya idan yana buƙatar ƙarfin lokaci 3 kuma yayi amfani da VFD idan da gaske yana buƙatar sarrafa saurin mota kuma yana haɗa kai tsaye zuwa injin shigar da AC wanda zai iya ɗaukar nau'in igiyar ruwa kamar yadda Mai sarrafa VFD.A cikin amfani da wannan sauƙi mai sauƙi, mutum ba zai sake samun gazawar kayan aiki ba.
